  • Filing of accounts with the commercial court registry

Penalties for failure to file with the registry — Legal requirement (arts. L.232-21 to L.232-23 French Commercial Code), to be done within the month following approval of accounts. Failure to file exposes the director to : a fine of €1,500 (€3,000 for repeat offence, art. R.247-3), court-ordered injunction with daily fine, Infogreffe reporting, and personal liability of the director in case of insolvency proceedings.

Duration & Renewal

Services concluded for a one-year term, automatically renewed, in accordance with the ethics of the Order of Chartered Accountants.

Termination

By registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, with a 3-month notice before the end of the fiscal year. Services maintained during the notice period, documents returned at term end.
